Return Conditions
- Return Period: 30 days from the delivery date
- Restocking Fee: None
- Refund Time: Within 5 days of approval
- Return Shipping Costs: Free (for defective/incorrect items)
Return and Refund Requests To request a return, replacement, or refund, please contact us at sanshi.wz@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or video if the item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect
We typically respond within 3 business days. Please do not send any item back unless we provide written return instructions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please report damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. Keep the product, packaging, shipping label, and included parts until we complete our review.
Eligibility For change-of-mind requests, the item must be unused, complete, and in its original condition and packaging. We cannot approve refunds for items damaged through misuse, alteration, improper assembly, or normal wear. Gift cards, personalized products, and items marked "Final Sale" are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
